Skinny Grilled Shrimp Kabobs with Sam’s Famous Salsa

The tastiest ways to enjoy shrimp on a beautiful Summer day with friends or by yourself with a drink in hand. The shrimp kabob provides a well rounded flavorful shrimp dish that everyone is sure to absolutely love.

Ingredients

lb Shrimp
peeled & deveined
1
TBSP Olive Oil
1/4
tsp Garlic Salt
1
Lime
halves for squeezing
1
Cup Sam's Famous Salsa
any flavor

Directions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl combine the first three ingredients and your favorite Sam's Famous Salsa flavor.
  2. 2. Add the shrimp; seal and turn to coat, then refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Thread shrimp onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
  4. 4. Place on the grill on medium. Heat for for about 7 - 9 minutes.
  5. 5. Wait until shrimp turns pink and remove from grill.
  6. 6. Squeeze lime over shrimp and serve.

Recommended Sides

Our favorite rice or angel haired pasta in butter.
